Introducing the "helper" rank.

Hi community,

We've added the new helper rank - the rank replaces MVP.  We added the rank to outline users who work hard throughout the community, who post regularly and effectively and have helped users to the best of their ability.  We are always on the look out for members who contribute to the forums and are able to help other people and also create around the clock discussion.

We have already begun to add users to the helper category.

HELPERS: Please note that this doesn't mean you are on staff, you are still a member and are to follow the rules.
