More security options

We are working on more interesting things for the forums - we have currently been looking at ways you can show a support moderator if you are the rightful owner of your account; this will help the support staff identify and it will make it so much easier. We are adding an option to add your number to your profile.

In some cases, members are unable to show that they are the rightful owner of their account and are forced to upload a picture of their identity. If you are unable to prove your identity our staff members are not allowed to give data out. This will, unfortunately, stop you from getting your account back.

Adding this number option to the forum allows moderators and support staff to send a message to your mobile phone which you can then read out a code to our support moderator and it will prove your identity. This option is open to UK residents only unfortunately.

TO ADD your number you must go to Profile > Mobile number and edit the field there. REMEMBER THIS CODE VERIFICATION SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO UK RESIDENTS ONLY.
