You'd have to contact customer support and they'll remind you what your security answer and question is. You may need to provide some information to show them that you are the rightful owner of the account, in some cases they'll ask you for your First name, last name and when you signed up, if you don't have these then you might not be able to recover the account.

@Herpyes Like @Reginaldstr said you'd have to provide some sort of ID to prove your identity which will match up with the first and last name on the account. If you are unable to provide information such as date signed up >  date of birth >  first and last name you'll have to go through other methods to try and verify that you're the owner of the account.
